Cancellation Policy:
Coaching session can be cancelled 15 days or more before the session date for a refund excluding bank transaction charges, with no refund in the last 14 days.
Rescheduling:
Coaching session can be rescheduled 8 days or more before the session date without any charges, with a £50 rescheduling cost in the last 7 days.
No-Show:
Refunds will not be provided in case of a no-show, and a coaching session can be arranged again by paying a £100 no-show cost.
